Wonderful rose. Used as a lead in to a Cava. It played it’s role to perfection.

Drank this on the final 80F day of the year, otherwise known as 'the end of Seattle summer 2018'. Just how I like 'em: pale, French, and minerally.

Drank on the beach with goat cheese and crackers. Tart, wet rocks, restrained notes of strawberry and peach. Quite good.

Tasty rose' out of Beaujolais. Restrained nose of floral and herbal components. The mouth is medium bodied where flavors of strawberry and subtle melon mingle with fennel and asparagus. The gamay isn't noticeable but that is not a knock on the wine.

Drank with a Ham and Gruyere pizza and an arugula salad on the porch. Nice blend of fruit, wet rock and mouthwatering acidity. Bright aroma, fresh red fruit on the nose and the palate.
