color: medium purple; nose: slightly earthy; taste: medium-bodied mouth feel, plum fruit taste, medium-length finish with notes of black pepper and a little eucalyptus, abundant gum-sucking tannins; overall: solid ordinary zinfandel, masculine profile with plenty of stuffing, ready to drink as of Feb 2017, should pair well with grilled burgers or marinated flank steak.
