Magnum, drunk at midnight to celebrate the start of the new year. Really enjoyed the wine, although no detailed note. Well-built, crisp but balanced, long and full of flavour - and surprisingly savoury despite being right at the start of its drinking window. I'd be interested to see how this develops.

Really delicious Spumante with crunchy lemon fruit, brioche and more reminiscent of a high end vigneron champagne. Excellent length and quite complex, I would guess further development will take place.

Few bubbles left. Appearance is clear, medium gold colour. Nose is clean, light intensity, with aromas of yeast and apple cider. On the palate, dry style, crisp acidity, and still flavours of yeast and apple cider, but bitter tartness towards the medium finish. No nutty flavours here. Possibly some oxidization damage, so I will refrain from rating this.
