nose of pineapple, mango, honey, with discreet riesling petrol coming out only when the wine is twirled in the glass balanced taste, nice citrus acidity that lasts a while, petrol overall I found this quite good

showed a big, plasticky nose with lots of petrol. There was only a bit of sweetness on the palate, as Hugel's Rieslings are fermented drier compared to their Gewurztraminers.

Nice straw gold color, nose of light gasoline, mango and lime, great acidity and juicy lime in mouth, good aftertaste. My favour of taste.

Nose: mineral Palate: mineral, dry, some acidity, semi-long finish. Interesting, but I like the 2004 better.

Color is pale straw. Nose shows clean lime, hint of pineapple, mineral, and spice. On the palate, juicy lime, white cherry, minerals, and a good zing of acidity. Very dry and very clean, but with substantial body.

Straw color. Nose of alpine flowers, peach, applecore, and grass. Crisp, pure flavors of lychee, honeydew, and a bit of apricot. Drier than a German riesling but exhibiting a linear beam of acidic sweetness which gives it spunk and interest. Also a hit with ginger salmon.

great acidity up front. Recc: Lobster, sea bass with sauce. Good underlying petrol. Mouth puckering. Dry as a bone, but great body. Petrol on palate, but not overwhelming.
