This is a gorgeous 6 year old Malbec from Napa Valley. Showing black fruits with earth, cedar, leather, chocolates, tobacco, licorice, vanilla, light vegetables, pencil lead and peppercorn. Decanted for an hour and vigorously swirled. Subtle elegant dark fruit that feels mid-bodied on the palate. Followed with fine tannins and just a little too much acidity for my palate.
