Dinner in Zurich, very nice dry Riesling, well balanced.

Pale yellow colour, smells of melon and lychee with a little bit of yeast in the background, light body, has a certain residual sugar, so more off-dry, in the mouth melon and lychee, the first glass hardly has any acidity, the second glass has a dash more acidity, but still not enough to balance the residual sugar, in the aftertaste melon and lychee, good length (15 sec), the acidity is not high enough to balance the residual sugar, would not …

Pale yellow colour, smells of quince, flint stone and mirabelle, medium body, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, in the mouth quince and flint stone, second glass has a nice and crisp acidity, in the aftertaste quince, flint stone and a little bit of mirabelle, good length (15 sec), really good Riesling for a fair price.

Great with spicy shrimps

Stilig og typeriktig tørr riesling med lett aromatisk duft over eple/sitrus. Litt fersken, litt te og hyll, spicy mineralitet. Flott syre, konsentrasjon og lengde. Veldig anvendelig, har en liten fruktsødme som også gjør at den kan gå til noe asiatisk. Prisen er helt utrolig lav i forhold til kvaliteten. Kanskje polets beste riesling under 150kr

Yellow colour. Pear, lemon, minerals, honey and green apple. A little acid, bit nice good value Riesling from Rheinhessen.

Sehr frisch, gefällig aber die animierende Säure fehlt.

Energizing aroma. Very mineral and pronounced acids. Bouquet of summer flowers. Briljant pairing with sauteed gurnard with asparagus with sauce sharon. The pronounced acids of the riesling with the buttery flavour of the asparagus was absolutely great! Will buy again.
