A month in Barolo: A visit with Cecilia Monte at her winery in Serracapelli (Barbaresco, Piedmont, Italy) : Light and a little muted on the nose, showing just some hints of floral notes. Grasssy and nice on the palate, and comes across quite specific and typical of Timorasso. Good spiciness and herbal character on the palate. Some gummy bears, too.
