La Crema Pinot Noir Los Carneros

Clear ruby in the glass, looks young and fresh. On the nose its cherry, raspberry, vanilla, and tobacco, alcohol. On the palette its much of the same. Mostly cherry and raspberry, some vanilla oak influence. Easy drinking right out the bottle, low tannins, light in body. No need to decant, in fact, too long of a decant leads to the acid and alcohol taking over in my experience.

Day 1: fruity, way more than I tough. Not really refined but quite interesting. It’s just lacking more flavor than grape juice. Day 2: nothing more😞. Light, red fruit, it’s not rough or grippy, it’s just lacking some taste. Flat and easy to drink. I would not choose to drink it again but I won’t be sad if it’s happening, it’s not unpleasant, it’s just not enjoyable

Very soft and fruity, lots of cherry and raspberry. Smooth texture. Doesn't linger. Leaves a lot to be desired on the finish. A bit overpriced. Feels more like an $8 bottle than a $20 bottle.

Decent - nothing special but decent cheap option

Appearance- pale ruby, medium viscosity On the nose- oak, smoke, red fruits Palate- mossy stone, vanilla and baking spices, smoke, plum, medium- body and medium acid. Tart red fruits like cranberry are nice and strong. Finish- Good finish- long lasting and lack of bitters. Original flavor persists. Fruit-forward and good quality. Drank this at Thanksgiving dinner and it worked well with turkey.
