It’s almost difficult to have more than one glass here as and albeit the nose is very much fruity and aromatic it’s a bit dominating and so is the palate which is a bit sharp. Not really harmonious.

By 300ml carafe at Engawa, Ham Yard, London. Punchy and firm and a bit loses its balance on account of its punchy side and actually feels a lot more alcohol than the 15% it is. Good when u need a punch sake to go through food.

By the glass at La Moura , Val D'Isere . Full of presence, firm and we were surprised this was a "Jummai". Lots of fruit notes here across from nose to palate. Refreshing but in its strength loses a touch of balance and elegance. Very good with fatty meats or fatty rich fish.
