San Simone Friuli Grave Cabernet Franc

Been stored under perfect conditions (not my cellar), still astoundingly "crisp" and full of frutful flavours, reminded me far more of a simple and fruit driven Cabernet Sauvignon, showed plenty of red currant and paprika spices, finish wasn't too long and structure not that complex or complicated, total easy drinking summer wine, the only thing which surprised me was its age and the its currant shape, very nice surprise indeed
