Domaine Lucien Jacob Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru

First, upon opening, at 18-20 deg. Celsius, slighly mineral nose mixed w. berries and hint of oak. After two hours in carafe, cooled to 14-16 degrees, it has absolutely lovely bouquet with liqourice, chocolate and perhaps some strawberry behind this. Taste round and very well balanced. Classic elegant, but powerful, burgundy style.
