Wine & Dine with Rainer Schnaitmann (Fernsehturm, Stuttgart) : Glass: Stölzle white wine This is Lämmler GG, unfiltered, 20 months on its lees, matured in 600l used oak vats. Popped and poured. Clear, medium pale golden color. Unfortunately, the glass was a bit smelly, so it affected the nose impression a bit. Still very locked down, mineral core, fine yellow fruit.
