Well....this is thus far the best vintage of this wine I have tasted . On nose:dried apricot and meyer lemon with a smoky edge. On palate: follow through of the above flavours in addition to elements of judicious and subtle oak ageing as well as herbal notes of sage and tarragon.....ideal with chicken or Salmon Wellington...as well as pasta with seafood sauce....can age for a few more years.
