Domaine Daniel Rion et Fils Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Hauts Pruliers

Burg/Bordeaux/Italian Dinner with BYO Gang (The Masses Singapore) : Pale ruby. Good florals on the nose but otherwise mossy, earthy and spicy. Some tannic bite and with some heft, with ripe cherry and minty greens, then savoury brine and slight meats after some breathing. Indeed getting better and better, but a pity it was finished before we could really enjoy it at its best
