Pronounced nose of black plum, cassis, black cherry, red plum, chocolate, toast, clove, vanilla. Medium + acid, medium + ripe tannins, full body, medium + flavor intensity. Long finish with the ripe profile of the fruit being fantastically complemented by a saline mineral element. Perhaps just lacks a little intensity to be considered outstanding at this stage but a very good wine and good value for Pomerol. Not as massive as the 2020. Changed a little into day two - On …

This is a real Pomerol, if I ever saw one, with plenty of chocolate, tobacco, black fruit and creamy charm. Sexy wine, and I would leave it 5 years at least, but yes, great now,. #podcast

Medium-bodied, soft, fresh, crisp, savory and a bit chewy on the medium-bodied palate. The wine quickly hones in on its bright, energetic red fruits. You should be able to enjoy this with only a modicum of aging. Drink from 2023-2035.

Sweet cherries, flowers and earthy aromas resonate here. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied soft, earthy, fresh, refined and is already easy to drink. 90-92 Pts

Not particularly expressive but the fruit showing itself is very ripe, jammy, like a morello/blackcurrant compote. A touch mineral as well; approachable on the palate with an element of medicinal complexity, cherry stone, oak char shows itself on the finish. Tannins a little coarse. Alcohol on the finish.
