refined dark fruit, iron, bit herbaceous. smooth, medium body. falls off on finish. dark appearance. still feels young. lot of life left in it. 88

Similar to last, but not quite as good as the last one. Spicy berries and nicely integrated tannins, with a nice finish.

This has peaked and begun to deteriorate with some vinegar and stewed notes. Stored at winery through end of February so storage does not appear to have accelerated aging. I just don't think that this vintage had the structure as previous or more recent vintages. Drink

This is an outstanding Cab. Big fruit filled nose, almost mulled. Spicy dark berries with a hint of nutmeg. Wow. Amazing pairing with a spicy albondigas soup (who would've thought?) that intensified the complexity of the wine. Best of show in my opinion.
