A golden yellow in color with tiny bubbles. Served at room temperature this wine was full of golden apple. Smooth and crisp Awesome.

Sabered and served before a Sunday supper with friends on a "winter's" day that felt more like late spring. While a brut might have been more a more typical choice this bottle was was lovely. Paired well with both Cambozola and steamed artichoke dipped in aoli. The 11g residual sugar makes this a rare "off dry" bottling from Iron Horse. Pear, vanilla, subtle yeast component, creaminess. Wine club members only, so our advice: join!

Even thought it’s not late disgorged has that quality. Apple, pear, apricot, minerality, lemon zest, candled oranges.

Diamond color. Reticent nose of brioche (no yeast) and vine berry. Mouthfeel is luscious well balanced through to finish. Bubbles are very small. Palate displays a new world sparkler with roots in the old world. Flavors of bread, bramble and Meyer lemon make for a lovely quaff.
