light color, super pure, classy, soft grenache, I didn't get any harsh tannins. burgundian in thought, very pretty. i haven't had a ton of aged rhone but this feels open for business now although I'd like to taste this with age on it and see it naked and stripped down to just its bones.

Decanted 2 hours. Pretty nose with some exotic spice. Dark red fruit and dried herbs. Weighty mouthfeel. Tannins a bit astringent…wonder if whole cluster was employed. Give it 5 years.
