Rieslaner, of course is a euphemism for the Müller-Thurgau grape which - in the sixties and seventies of the last century - was overcropped and treated without love or compassion and made as an easy to drink mass consumption wine without any aspirations... and, as a consequence, acquired a thoroughly bad reputation. Pale golden color; fruity, sweet nose singing even though the wine is completely dry. Dried pear interwoven with balancing acidity. On the palate completely dry , a good mouthful, svelte, well balanced, medium long finish. svelte. Good wine with aging potential.
