Color: Straw Yellow Nose: Sugared strawberry, hints of vanilla and caramel. Palate: Slight orange zest, bright and fresh. Classic of a Brut. Body: Light and effervescent. Finish: Medium dry. A touch of sweetness that lingers. A nice brut for a hot day in the Spanish sun. Not overly dry. Doesn't exhibit an abundance of yeastiness, which is nice. Fresh and vibrant. Rating based on flavor and price point. Would buy again.
