Good stuff on this night. Super aromatic on nose and deeply earthy on palate. Opposite of a fruit bomb and it worked tonight.

P&P. Losing a bit of what fruit it had but still a wonderful cool climate version of pinot. Gaining complexity in a savory way. Very nice. Great with food.

This wine needs LOTS of air. It was quite closed and oaky at first, but really started to open up after a couple hours. An interesting wine that kept getting better throughout the day.
