We paired this with a Father's Day lunch of BBQed salmon and a spinach salad with caramelized onions, bacon, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and sun dried tomatoes. This wine paired exquisitely with it all. This Pinot rocks!

This is the current release from this sparkling wine outfit. It's fairly dark for an OPN, and a little reticent on the nose initially. Then dark cherries by the handful, along w/ some tar, earth, mineral notes. Medium body and finish. A fine wine for the price.
