Brushy Creek Vineyards Sémillon

Give this one time! Put in fridge to chill but this does better with lots of air and warmer temp. Was sharp, biting and bitter at first. Once about an hour or so had passed and it warmed up, it displayed great acidity and very rounded mid palette and finish. Loved it.
