(elaine@wendy's) Honey lemon in glass, with expressive nose of honeysuckle and white florals, soft hay, hint toffee caramel, hint white pepper and faint leather notes. Late stone fruit, with yet more honeysuckle, white peach, cinnamon apple, melon, quince structured with tall taut acid backbone. Creamy, finishes long and floral, with gentle persistent sweetness interplay, and streaks of bitter marmalade. Paired nicely with the delicate papillon rocquefort!
