A blend of Chenin blanc, viognier, Chardonnay and Muscat d'Alexandrie; very reticent on the nose and the palate initially. Good viscosity on the palate: Noticeably fuller than the White Cab. After about 15 minutes and with some coaxing it opens up and starts showing some complexity. Shows some promise...
