Well made and fresh, but with lovely smoky oak as well. Mix of ctirus and orchard fruits with a lovely line of chalk through the middle. Suits smoked fish very well.

ALTRA BORGOGNA; 1/16/2016-6/6/2016 : 70% legno nuovo per 18 mesi. Polvere di gesso e grappa alla pera, poi gas e idrocarburi. Sia al naso che in bocca è ancora primario, quasi un prelievo da botte. C'è tanta materia e ottimo potenziale e si intuisce una vibrazione finale molto persistente. Per ora un infanticidio, attendere due anni.
