Great with lamb chops on the braai

this wine needed to breathe a bit. It was a bit too acid on the beggining, but it got better after some time. we had it with a cheesy pizza, so it worked pretty well. with taste of ripe fruits and red berries. We were surprised that the wine was still OK after 9 years in a bottle, as it was not a wine made for aging. It began to fade after 1 hour. Pedro e Van

Not exactly coorked or oxidated but flawed cause its best moment passed away time ago: Flavored but not rich, waterly palate and orange crisom colour. Without a serious ageging period in oak wood, this kind of wine can not resist more than four years in bottle. I knew that, so my entire fault.
