Deep dark color. Nose of leather and dark fruit. We are talking dark fruit here. Very enjoyable. Tannins are pretty mild. Smokey, leathery blackberry and dark cherry. Good acid attacks up front and maintains through the mid pallate. Finish is strong. Really good Rhone blend. Glad I have another bottle
