Enjoyable, quaffable. Very light red (obviously Dolcetto) that would be a perfect grazing / picnic red with meats and cheeses. Unassuming, super approachable, and a delight for warmer weather. Do not recommend with creamy pastas. :) (Had a proscuitto / pea / cream sauce tortellini with this, and didn't love the pairing.)
