Probably at peak. Strawberry backbone and some emerging secondary flavors. Balanced.

Much better than the last bottle.

Initially an off smell and taste that dissipates somewhat after being open a few minutes. The wine gets better, but never quite right. I either got a bad bottle, or this is already past its peak and into a surprisingly rapid decline. 81-85

Very nice pinot. Sour cherry, vanilla and violets. This might improve with some cellaring, but it was very drinkable right now. Would have scored higher but found the alcohol a little bit much. (Second night: alcohol has taken a back seat and this is drinking beautifully. I'm upgrading from 89 to 90.) Wish I had more!

Nothing distinctive. May need more time to open up. Decent legs, that's about it

Smells of cedar with some spice and a hint of black cherry. Very smooth taste from beginning to end, fruit-forward and the spice kicks in at about the halfway point. Very long and smooth ending. Wine is one smooth criminal from start to finish. Very good wine considering the cost of the bottle. I will be getting more for storage to see how well they age!

Dark Cherry flavors predominate the front of the profile and a balanced acidity brings up the rear. There is a pleasant, soft tannic structure all around and the nose has some distinct earth, mushroom and diesel notes to go along with the cherry. Some bitter oak tannins are just a little to prevalent on the finish. For this money, you do not usually get a Pinot Noir that is easily recognizable as Pinot Noir; this is an exception. Well worth …

Really good Pinot. It was balanced , good fruit and nice acidity. For the price, really nothing to complain about. I'd buy it again.

Tasted at store. Somewhat bitter and harsh. Lacking fruit. No, even at this price.

Translucent ruby garnet in the glass. Tangy/sweet smelling with a slight cinnamon spice on the nose. Medium bodied with tangy red cherry and cranberry fruit. This is a pretty nice Pinot for the money.

Pretty plain pinot. Tastes more like a non-complex table wine. The Oyster Bay Pinot is much much nicer & 30% cheaper than this one.
