Grape juice and menthol on the nose. On the palate, blackberry and plum, with an earthy note and detectable sweetness on the medium finish; moderate acidity and a fine bubble. This is very much like an off-dry Lambrusco, but with the power and acidity dialed back a bit. The label says it is bottled by Gragnano della Penisola Sorrentina for Salvatore Martusciello -- presumably it's an eight-grape blend.
