Finca Flichman, Caballero de la Cepa Malbec, Mendoza

(opened 2 days ago) - color: dark bright purple; nose: oak and cherry; taste: medium-bodied mouth feel, tastes of dark red fruit and a hint of cola, medium-length finish with black pepper notes and some chewy tannins; overall: good everyday malbec with plenty of stuffing which improved (softened) in the two days it's been open, ready to drink as of January 2020, should be food friendly with grilled chicken wings or burgers, braised pork, etc.
