Spontaneously fermented Pfalz Riesling, sourced from a small plot (Hochseel, predominantly limestone soils) within the Reiterpfad vineyard (village of Ruppertsberg, about six kilometers north of the city of Neustadt an der Weinstraße). Bright pale yellow in color and a really aromatic nose of green apple, white blossoms, orange zest and also hints of ginger and coriander.
