Patricius Furmint Tokaji

very pale, white gold with almost waterlike rim; shiny; excellent. nose: very delicate, salty with some add of flowers, like air from saltmine. taste: delicate lemon with apples; very light bodied, skinny, stony. Accidity medium but vibrant; limestone finish; some herbs present as well. well done with good balance. Great to herrings.
