K Vintners The Creator

Tried twice today, once at K Vintners farmhouse then at House of Smith downtown tasting room. Pyrazine notes both times, more prominent than I remember of past Creators. It fluctuated between being pronounced and being a secondary layer to the wine between floral and fruity. Pyrazine is a little more on the bell pepper than chili pepper side. If you like wines where pyrazines are a pronounced component that adds complexity and diversity to a wine this is for you. …
