This wine is dark crimson to brick in the glass with a nose of roasted cranberry, herbs, and forest floor. On the palate the wine is ripe immediately on entry and generally bright and fresh despite the age, with flavors of deep cranberry, bing cherry, and oak. It evolves at the mid-palate to show deeper notes of forest floor. Positioned by the winery as lighter style of pinot from a cool vintage, but there's enough flavor that might lead you …

Pale garnet / dark salmon, touch of bricking on the rim. Nose is raspberry, cranberry, touch of dust, wet leaves, and menthol. Can get just a bit of heat on the nose. Palate wise this has nice red fruits, rose petals, bit of bramble. It’s not super concentrated, reflecting the wet vintage but has a nice amount of lift from the acidity. Nice boutique OR Pinot.

Red fruit and plenty of earth on the nose. Dried rose. Pleasant. It was a bit austere when we opened it, but it filled out with about an hour of air.

Beautiful, bright color, raspberry and cherry on the nose. Beautiful red fruit on the palate, with nice balance and structure, light to medium body. Medium length finish starts with good fruit and finishes nicely dry. Served with beef alley soup, it held up its end of the bargain very nicely. Really a pleasant wine that is a bit sneaky with its complexity.
