Domaine les Sablonnettes Coteaux du Layon Le Fruit Defendu

Dense, concentrated, excellent balance between fat, late harvested fruit, and piercing acidity. There are layers of complexity present already, and I suspect there's plenty more where that came from, given time. Cracking wine. I would never have pinned it down as a 100% SB, but there you go.
