Organic viticulture, indigenous yeast, fermented and aged in stainless steel. Very pale salmon colour. Quite muted light aroma of peaches, stones, strawberry and floral hints. Light body, elegant and thinly structured with light depth and complexity, juicy fruit and mineral hints, medium+ acidity.
