Perhaps past it's best. Previous vintages have been mature and complex at 10+ years, so I had high expectations. After an initial brief hit of peach and tropical fruits, I was left with a lingering citrus, a lot of acid, and not much else. None of the riesling aromatics I was expecting. Generous mouthfeel. Not a bad bottle; but perhaps a bit tired.
