As the last sip of wine is often the best, so it was with this last bottle of the case. Drinking great and WAY above its price point. Dark cherry, plum, licorice and cola. Nice Sangiovese acid. Medium length finish. Should have bought 2 cases.

Simple non-descript rosso. Medium weight, mixed red and black fruits. Not much in tannins. Better on day two with a bit more fruit. For those who like a soft easy to drink simple red.

Totally consistent. I never get tired of this. Such a solidly made RdM that has drank great for years. Perfect weeknight pasta wine. Should have bought 2 cases!

This remains great, in fact better than ever. Now 8 btls down I see this was a brilliant buy. An easy choice for a weeknight casual Italian meal, or just about anything. Lovely black cherry, underbrush, tar, and floral notes. Just a great drinking RdM. Should have bought 2 cases.

Remains a very nice and drinkable RdM. Bright cherries and herbal notes. Very good QPR ratio.

Still working through a case of this. It remains a very solid and respectable RdM with sweet cherry kirsch, nice acid, and a short-med finish. Works great in a crowd.

Very solid Rosso. Worked great with pizza. Not long on complexity but well-balanced and lovely Tuscan terroir.

This has muddied a bit with time. Still decent Sangio with floral and red berry notes, but not as bright as before and more generic.

Again a strange sangiovese experience..almost seemed corked at first - very moist and nearly unpleasant aroma. But it changed after an hour and dispalyed a quite typical sangioves nose with cherry, plums, leather and sottobosco. Follows up on the palate; medium+ bodied and nicely balanced with fine fruit and ok acidity. Good lenght, but still somewhat bitter.

Medium bright ruby. Clean, medium - , youthful nose of sour cherries and red berry. Acidity is medium + with low to medium - tannins and medium - body & alcohol. The sour cherry flavors are present in the palate but are accompanied by a candied note on the short finish. Drink now.

Excellent QPR for a very simple, rustic wine that goes well with food. Nothing wrong with it, making it as good a cheap wine as there is.

Nice daily wine, but am missing the nuances in the previous notes. 3 more to try, so I'll be patient.

Much as my last TN but with some herbal and light tobacco notes as well. Smoothed out more on the palate, this is turning into a really good Rosso.

Medium ruby color. Pretty nose of sweet almond oil, dust, flowers and tart red cherry with a touch of coffee. Medium bodied on the palate with good acidity; a touch rough but a very nice everyday wine.

Medium intensity bright ruby red in colour; This has a delightful lifted fruit bouquet with notes of cherries and dried herbs alongside warm and spicy aromas and a hint of oak; Lovely texture on the palate with bright generous fruit and, rounded tannins showing great balance. Light and velvety on the finish. Delicious for drinking now or over the next 2-3 years
