Slightest hint of bricking in the color, but dark, plum color. Aromatics are beautiful cherry liqueur, chocolate, smoky herb. Silky smooth tannins, with a medium full mouthfeel. The chocolate and sweet cherry notes are very prominent, with a nice mineral-driven acidic backbone. Excellent with veal osso buco. Drinking very well right now.
