Golden, almost tawny colour. Terrific nose of tropical musk. Baked lychee, sweet brioche, nectarine and pineapple with a long finish. Really nice. 93-94

blind Very good sweet wine with 9,5% alc. I was thinking between Sauternes and Austria. Good balanced, fresh, great acidity structure. At least for 20-30 more years. Still the "primary notes" dominating. Not too much dried fruits. Reminds to SB. 93+

At the end of a long evening. No notes taken. This was a wonderful TBA with tons of sweetness but absolutely no shred oiliness but loads of round of acidity to cut right trough all that sweetness. Fairly complex aromatics and great length. I guess my score would be higher if my palate would have been fresher and I would have had more time and peace to dive into the wine. Decanting: Not decanted. No decanting needed. Glass: Josephinenhütte Champagne

Went well with tuna steak and eggplant.

Went great with seared arctic char.

Served with chicken rissoto. Good combination.

Crisp and fresh.
