Fielding Hills Concentric Wine Project Equinox Rosé

Drinking this fridge cold, which really brings out the fruits (strawberries, sweet cherries, melon, tangerine) and a touch of mint. Despite the refreshing acidity, there's a creaminess to this wine that, combined with the red fruits, gives this a creamsicle feel. Love it. Didn't know what to expect, given this wine's lack of information re: varietals and history. Great by itself, but also good with tonight's black pepper beef stir-fry.
