Il faut le boire bien frais pour masquer le sucre résiduel toujours un peu de trop avec les vins de cette maison. Tout de même très bien et avec une bonne acidité et du fruit.

Rich golden robe extending to a translucent edge. Honey and pears with a medium body and viscous texture. A bit hollow at mid-palate, but balanced enough to keep sweetness in check.

Generous, off-dry palate with honeyed spice and juicy tropical fruits like ripe apricot, pineapple and honeydew melon. Surprisingly acidic and structured for a Pinot Gris, though the wine has slightly oily mouthfeel due to its residual sugar and alcohol.
