Domaine Gaget Fleurie La Madone

Had this at a restaurant without the chance to decant. We had a bottle with the intent to drink on the patio slowly with a grilled Caesar salad and a burrata and capicola pizza. The wine was ruby with the age showing in the color of the wine. It was fairly acidic with some notes of bitter dark fruit, cherry and oregano spiciness.
