100% Gewürztraminer from Central Valley, fermented for 17 days at 15°C in steel tanks. No oak ageing. Unexpectedly a pretty decent wine! Not overwhelming perfumy, but more elegant and with a pleasant acidity. Medium lemon coloured. Medium+ intense and young aromas of peach, lemon zest, grapefruit, rose petal, honey. Dry wine, high acidity, medium body, medium+ intense flavours of lemon, white peach, flower bouquet, white grapefruit, honey, flint. Medium length finish. 13% - €8,10 @ BuyYourWine.com
