Medium yellow gold. Flavorful, medium-bodied palate of citrus, stone fruit (fresh and dried), apple, chalk, brioche, and toast, with lively acidity and very good length. Great chalky and flinty minerality. Good concentration and great intensity. Very appealing. That said, much better on its own than paired with grilled scampi. Evolving, with a few years left.

The wine was medium to light yellow-golden in colour and offered an almost champagne-like nose of apple, brioche, chalk, slate and flint notes. On the palate the medium-bodied wine showed lemon, apple, gooseberry, chalk and fire stone, with high acidity and very good length. This wine continues to impress me. Very good value.

The wine was bright medium yellow/golden in colour and offered and interesting combination of riper and underripe fruit aromas and flavours, with apple, lime, peach, chalk and slate on the nose, and apple, lime, underripe gooseberry, chalk, fire stone and smoke on the palate. The medium-bodied wine had good concentration, with high acidity and good length. Chablis-like at this Point. Should continue to age well. Nice effort!

Deep, intense green-tinted color. The expressive is interesting and somewhat waxy with aromas of mirabelle plums, wood, cream, some wizened peach, a little vanilla, a hint of cream, a touch of earthy spice and a whiff of hay. On the palate the wine feels dry, broad and full-bodied with medium in acidity - however, the wine feels as if it is growing in acidity on the palate, slowly becoming very crisp and structured, yet retaining its textured, somewhat oily mouthfeel. …
