This is the flagship wine of Finca Ses Talaioles, Mallorca. El Noble is selected from the five best barrels and only in excellent vintages. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot grapes with 18 months maturation in French oak barriques. 2h decant, but still much better on day 2. Dark red-black colour.
