It will be super good with anything. It's not a concept wine; it's a friend.

Nice summer white. Slightly sweet, but not a dessert wine. Nice for everyday.

A perfectly fine P and P. Dark berry, light tannins, and smoothed out day 2.

A blend that reminds me of a light bodied zin with a heavy pinot-like nose. Spice at the finish with tannins from the cabernet. Relatively long finish but almost no flavor throughout.

a little too tanic day 1, soften day 2 but fruit went away. Bought in the tasting room, summer of 08, did go well with buttered popcorn like they promised

Smooth light tannins. Hints of blackberry and pepper. Solid blend.

The wine was a purplish red with a pink rim. Nose had strawberry, cherry, blackberry, and a little pepper. The taste was powerful and full throughout the palate. There were lots of berries, but none dominated. A well balanced and great wine for the price. It went well with salad with pine nuts and a homemade light caesar dressing as well as with mozzarella cheese, but too much berry for lasagna. The second day it was more spicy and went …

Pretty decent pop and pour for the price. This was a winery purchase and we really didn't care for anything at Moshin. Essentially an $8 bottle lest we paid the tasting fees. All fruit and oak.

Didn't get much of a nose from this at all - I expected more I guess. And although the taste was OK, without a good nose, it just wasn't very exciting to me.

Consistent notes. Ripe, fairly plump and very juicy. This really over-delivers its $17 price-point and shows good depth of fruit and great balance. Full-bodied with a moderate, clean finish and gushing acidity. Bravo!

Purchased the wine at the vineyard from Rick Moshin himself. What an elegant, yet fruit driven blend of merlot, Cab, Zin and Pinot Noir from Russian River valley. Nice, soft tannins along with just a little hint of oak and spice makes for a very pleasant wine. Drinking now but definitely has some aging potential

I purchased two bottles while visiting and wish I had bought more. I was very surprised by the smooth, very even taste. Had a certain peppery element, but not over powering. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.

This is a blend of different varietals (Cab, Petite Sirah, Merlot, Pinot Noir) from the '04 and '05 vintages. the 15% abv is very well integrated, and the vibrant acidity makes the wine super easy-drinking and juicy. Medium + bodied, with an above-average persistence and a great QPR at $18. Drink thru 2014.
