Antinori (Santa Cristina), Pinot Grigio, IGT

Pale yellow, white flowers, lemons, green apples on the nose, fairly aromatic, on the palate, quite acidic and slightly sweet and a hint of tannin, even a bit of effervescence? Not very fruity but getting some lemon with a pinch of sugar. Medium length with a bit of a lemony-tannic finish – maybe even a bit astringent on the back of the tongue? May have tasted too soon after eating a spicy meal with very sweet snack – not working …

독하지않고 부드러워서 좋았어. 다시한번 도전.

풀향이 나긴했으나 팔렛이 매우 밍밍하고 산도도 생각보다 높거나 괜찮지 않았음 와인킹의 셀렉션에 의문이 들 정도임
